1. Every student should comply with the set rules and regulations of CLAT INDIA.
2. Students are expected to maintain proper discipline and decorum in and outside the classroom and display decent behavior.
3. If any student fails to attend the class or discontinues the course in between, the Institute will not refund fees whatsoever.
4. There might be a change in class duration, timing/days of the regular classes due to special classes or events. All the rights to make any changes in the timetable, faculty members, and venue of the class are reserved with the Institute.
5. All decisions related to the Institute, including class schedule, timetable, faculty, admission, syllabus, and others, will be made by the Institute and will be final.
6. Any disruptive behavior, physical altercations, or cheating, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the Institute
7. The Institute can use photographs of candidates pasted in the admission form for advertisement, marketing/ PR activities.
8. The Institute will not postpone admission in the current year to the next calendar year in any circumstances.
9. All study materials, notes, and content provided by the Institute are the intellectual property of CLAT INDIA and are to be used only for personal educational purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of CLAT INDIA's course material is strictly prohibited.
10. The Institute will not be responsible for technical issues on the student's end.
11. Students will be assessed through periodic tests, assignments, and/or exams as per the course requirements.
12. The Institute will not be responsible for any losses or damages caused by a student's negligence.
